Product Director, Reporting
Helped millions of sellers understand and grow their businesses.
Led team to consolidate over 52 different reports to help simplify data workflows. Launched Accounting reports to help with cash in reconciliation and cashflow management. Led to a 40% reduction in support cases. New reporting capabilities helped Square grow upmarket to multi-location, larger sellers.

Making it faster — and more accurate — to put solar on a rooftop.
Led a team of 9 PMs building residential and commercial solar design tools. Used AI to automate the design process cutting design time by 70%.

Principal PM, Streets
Concept design tool used by city planners to reimagine their streets for pedestrians, cyclists, transit, and cars.
Led product development team to build advanced editing capabilities to Remix Streets design tool. Grew global adoption and increased usage 6x within 3 months of launch.

Learning Objects (acquired by Cengage Learning)
Director, Product Management
Next-generation, competency-based learning platform grounded in learning science research.
Improved student learning outcomes over the legacy online learning platform. Shipped a 0 to 1 platform successfully adopted by partner universities. Grew product management team from 1 to 7 PMs and shifted the company from services-led to product-led. Product adoption and retention were major contributing factors to the successful acquisition by Cengage Learning.

A personal research tool, made public.
An automated daily email that surfaces tax lien auction properties near my mother — enriched with market values, flood risk, and elevation. What started as a practical need for my family became a small case study in how AI can compress hours of research into a morning read.

A short note
What I believe about product.
I've never been drawn to technology for its own sake. What moves me is the moment when something complicated becomes understandable — when a product helps a person see more clearly, decide more confidently, or imagine a better way forward.
Over 24 years, that has looked like many things: software that helps sellers make sense of their businesses at Square, tools for designing safer city streets at Remix, software that made clean energy easier to bring into the world at Aurora Solar, and platforms for competency-based learning grounded in learning science research at Learning Objects. Different industries, same impulse: make something useful, humane, and empowering.
Earlier, I taught computer science at Harvard Summer School, Cambridge College, and Putian University in China — an experience that sharpened my belief that technology should expand, not gatekeep, human capability.
Right now I'm looking for my next full-time product leadership role while continuing to build smaller products of my own — weather, workflows, research, marketing sites — all built with AI as a collaborator. Staying close to building keeps my technical skills sharp.
